1) What does “24V” mean and what is the actual voltage?

“24V” refers to a 7-series lithium pack (7S). Nominal voltage is ~25.2V; fully charged is 29.4V; recommended cutoff is ~19.6–21.0V depending on BMS settings.

2) What capacities and cell options are available?

We offer 5.2–28Ah across multiple housings. Cell families include DMEGC 2600/3000 (18650) and Samsung 35E 3500 (18650). Select models also support 21700 cells (e.g., EVE 21700 or Samsung 50G) at 10Ah configurations.

We do not list a “3200” 18650 option in the 24V lineup.

3) Which BMS currents can I choose?

Integer BMS options by build include 20A, 28A, 35A, 42A, 49A, and 56A (availability varies by case/parallel count). Choose based on your controller’s current limit.

4) Do the 24V packs include Bluetooth?

Default builds are non-Bluetooth. Bluetooth monitoring can be added only on select housings that have space for the module—ask us to confirm for your chosen model.

5) What charger is included and how long does charging take?

All 24V packs ship with a 29.4V 3A CC/CV charger. Rough charge time = Ah ÷ 3A × 1.15 (efficiency). Example: 15Ah ≈ 5.75–6 h.

6) Which discharge connector do I get?

Most 24V “water bottle / rear-rack” housings use a 2-pin discharge port or lead wires by default. We can fit XT60/XT90/Anderson on request if the enclosure allows; please share your controller plug type.

7) Are these batteries compatible with my 24V controller and motor?

Yes—choose a BMS current equal to or greater than your controller’s continuous current. Use the table above as a quick guide for matching power classes.

8) What protections are built in?

Every pack includes a smart BMS with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protections. Each pack is tested for insulation and polarity before shipment.

9) What cycle life can I expect?

For NMC-based 18650/21700 packs, expect roughly ≥500–800 cycles to ~80% capacity under standard use (25±5 °C, 0.5C–1C rates). Actual life depends on depth-of-discharge, temperature, and current.

10) Can you supply certifications and ship by air/sea?

Yes. We support UN38.3 testing documentation and DG packaging. We’ll recommend air or sea routes based on your destination, timeline, and quantity.

11) How do I estimate riding range?

Energy (Wh) ≈ 25.2 × Ah. Range ≈ Wh ÷ consumption. A pedal-assist city e-bike often uses 7–12 Wh/km. For example, 24V 15Ah ≈ 378 Wh → about 31–54 km depending on terrain, rider mass, and assist level.

12) What are the best storage and temperature practices?

Store at 30–60% state-of-charge (≈3.7–3.8 V/cell), in a cool, dry place (10–25 °C). Avoid leaving the pack fully charged or deeply discharged for long periods. Charge above 0 °C and discharge between -10–45 °C for best life.
